We'd recommend the opposite! If you're ordering a new pair of Dr Martens you should size up to prevent blisters, discomfort and more while you pause the boots in.

Physician Martens are definitely not bad for your feet. Although the breaking in procedure can be a challenge, once the shoes are moulded to your feet y'all will be rewarded with great comfort and durability which will final for years of wear.
